SSUHS ANM Admission 2026 - Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) has released an educational notice for admission to the ANM Course in Government ANM Training Schools of Assam for the academic session 2026–27
According to the official notice dated 8 September 2026, the ANM Entrance Examination 2026 will be conducted for admission against 369 seats in 11 Government ANM Training Schools of Assam.

Educational Qualification for SSUHS ANM Admission 2026
Applicants must have passed 12 years of schooling (HS/10+2-year course) from a recognized board such as CBSE, ICSE, SSCE, HSCE, or another recognized equivalent examination.
Age limit for SSUHS ANM Admission 2026
The minimum age required for admission is 17 years on or before 31 December 2026.
Maximum Age
The normal maximum age limit for admission is 35 years.
Age Relaxation for Anganwadi, ASHA Workers and Trained Dias
For Anganwadi Workers, ASHA Workers and Trained Dias, the maximum age limit for admission to Government Multipurpose Health Worker Training Schools/ANM Schools is relaxed from 35 years to 42 years.

SSUHS ANM Exam Pattern 2026
The entrance examination will consist of one question paper covering three subjects:
- English
- Mathematics
- General Science
The questions will be based on the 10th standard level.
Each question carries 2 marks.
Is There Negative Marking in the ANM Entrance Exam?
No. According to the official examination details, there will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
An unanswered question will receive zero marks.
This means candidates should attempt the questions carefully and manage their examination time properly.
Language of the Question Paper
The questions will be available in English and Assamese.
However, candidates will be required to fill up the OMR sheet in English only.
SSUHS ANM Application Fee
The official notice states that the required non-refundable entrance examination fee must be paid online through the payment gateway available on the university website.
Candidates belonging to the PwD (Divyang) category with 40% or more disability are exempted from the examination fee.
